1. Overview

Calipo Pottery offers handcrafted ceramic goods made with care and intention. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, and finish may occur—and that’s part of the charm.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment through secure third-party processors such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit cards. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the U.S. and may offer international shipping in the future. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. If that happens, please email us within 5 days of delivery at mariola@hellomola.com with photos of the item and packaging.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on thecalipo.com, including but not limited to product photos, descriptions, branding, and designs, is the property of The Calipo and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, or to harm, harass, or exploit others. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for violations.
