Shipping Policy

Each piece from Calipo Pottery is made with love and care—and we handle shipping with the same attention.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak times or for larger collections, a little extra time may be needed. We’ll always keep you in the loop.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard delivery via USPS or UPS, usually within 3–10 business days.

International Shipping: Currently not available—but we’re working on it!
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Packaging
We pack each item securely (and sustainably) to protect your pottery in transit. Occasionally, we reuse clean and sturdy materials to reduce waste.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on it as your new piece makes its way home.
5. Damaged Items
We are not responsible for damaged packages once they leave our hands and are with the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at mariola@hellomola.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of:

While we cannot guarantee replacements, we will review each case individually and do our best to help.
We’ll work with you to make it right with the shipping company.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is missing, please contact the carrier directly and let us know—we’ll do what we can to help.
